Here is a website that lets you buy discounted gift certificates for area restaurants. Certificates can only be redeemed Sun-Thurs at participating restaurants. Each restaurant has different stipulations. Featured area restaurants are Harry J's, Chihuahua's, and Stefania's. Chihuahua's offers a $10 gift card for $3 and you have to spend $15 in order to use the $10 certificate. So, theoretically, you can get a $15 meal for $8. Harry J's and Stefania's both offer $25 certificates for $10 with $45 and $35 spending requirements, respectively.
